Inauguration of ISTE Sreepathy Staff Chapter was held on 08/07/2013 in the college Seminar Hall. Dr. B Anil, Chairman – ISTE Kerala Section and Principal Wayanad Engineering College, inaugurated the event. The dignitaries present were Dr. P. Prathapachandran Nair, ISTE Executive Committee member, and Nithin Padmanabhan – Treasurer, Mr. K.B. BrahmadathanAcademic Director, Sri. Jayan Pakaravoor Treasurer, Sreepathy Trust, Dr. S.P. Subrahmanian spoke on the occasion. Sri. K.B. Brahmadathan handed over sum of Rs. 25,000/- as a contribution for ISTE building fund to Dr. B. Anil. The inaugural session was followed by a Technical Session on ‘LaTex’, a text processing tool by Dr. K.B.M. Nambudiripad, Retd. Prof. NIT Calicut & College Academic Council Member.
