The IEEE student branch at SIMAT was coordinated into being on the 19th of March 2015. Though being at its initiation, it was very humble and simple with interestingly just 18 members enrolled, as the ensemble moved on, it was remarkable that the students poured in a great response with shockingly powered creativity and commitment. Years passed by and each day only rolled in a greater share of energy and enthusiasm from the students.
The objective of starting a Student branch of IEEE in the college was essentially in thought to awakening an awareness about the technological progress and achievements worldwide and identify the importance of what they are truly into. Active and healthy participation has enhanced the objective and expectations with experiences vivid and memorable.
